PT DAHANA distributed food packages to elderly residents living near its operations in Sadawarna Village, Cibogo, Subang Regency, on Tuesday, July 15, 2025. The assistance was delivered directly by the DAHANA Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) Team, alongside representatives from the Sadawarna Village Office.
Neni Sumarni, the SER Manager representing PT DAHANA, stated that the assistance program for the elderly reflects the company’s commitment to supporting the welfare of the local community. The TJSL unit has established this program as part of its regular initiatives.
“We are dedicated to maintaining our presence in the community. This routine food package program is one of our efforts to help meet the daily needs of local residents, particularly the elderly living nearby,” said Ms Sumarni.
SER Unit is responsible for implementing the company’s commitment to grow and develop alongside the surrounding community. In addition to supporting the elderly, PT DAHANA’s SER actively engages in programs focused on health, environmental sustainability, education, and economic improvement for the community.
For PT DAHANA, this assistance signifies the company’s appreciation for the elderly who have contributed to its growth and have witnessed its progress since relocating from Tasikmalaya to Subang.
“We express our gratitude for the support provided by the elderly in the area. We also ask for your prayers that DAHANA will continue to be blessed, allowing it to become an even more advanced company in the future,” Ms Sumarni added.
Meanwhile, Mak Anem, an elderly resident of Sadawarna Village, expressed her heartfelt gratitude for DAHANA’s support, recalling the company’s development in Subang and the hope it has brought for improved welfare in the community.
“Alhamdulillah, PT DAHANA is now increasingly advanced and developing, yet it never forgets the surrounding community. It is always there for us through the challenges we face. I hope that in the future, DAHANA will continue to progress and bring blessings to the local community,” said Mak Anem.
